Can I participate with NX10?

Hi Gatorpjp I have had a look at the drawings. What you have now must have been quite expensive to tool or it has hand loaded cores. With the new design are you after something that looks good but has expensive tooling or cheaper tooling with a more conservative design?

I have added the engineering drawing of the original pump to the attachments section of this project, it is hand drawn not CAD but I hope this helps.

does that should be in assembled? or a single product?

Hi Gatorpjp. If you can get hold of the 3D data you will get much better designs submitted

I&;m checking to see if I can get the original CAD drawings or 3D drawings and will post those once I receive.

I&;m not sure while the files are not showing up, I have since re-added the files and the files at the end of the project should be viewable.

Most of the attachments, including logo, are broken links.

I would like to have a look at the design, but I cannot see the point of designing a nice shape only to find out that the important bits of the pump no longer fit inside. To ensure this does not happen, do you have 3D data for the existing pump design which you could post in STEP or IGES format?

The complete pump model # is PL2601 the manufacturer is PureLine and the Model Name is Prime the motor that is used on the pump is model # B228SE

Is the housing need to be Fastened with the pump ?

Yes solid works will be fine

Is Solidworks okay ?
